Role Overview
Solvian Consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to manage HR operations across multiple locations and business verticals, covering both blue-collar and managerial workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations and projects.
- Handle recruitment and workforce planning for blue-collar, technical, corporate, and managerial positions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage compliance under the Factories Act and other applicable employment regulations.
- Oversee PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, Shops & Establishments and related compliance.
- Drive employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, transfers, and exits.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes across the organization.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with business and project heads on manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Manage HR MIS, audits, documentation, and statutory reporting.
- Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure consistent HR practices across locations.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Infrastructure, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Construction, or Project Advisory.
- Proven experience in multi-location HR operations and blue-collar workforce management.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and Factory Act requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
