Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior HR Professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, hiring trends, and industry-specific challenges. You'll partner with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives

- Lead recruitment efforts, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and employment laws

- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

- Oversee benefits, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

- 5+ years of HR experience in the hospitality industry

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, Hospitality management

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and Hospitality industry trends

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
