We Are Looking For:

A proactive and hands-on Senior HR Manager with strong grasp of core HR processes and operations, adept at managing senior stakeholders, delivers with speed and quality and balances strategic thinking with operational rigour, integrity, and clear communication.

Your Job Responsibilities:

1) Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment
  • Drive structured onboarding
  • Manage the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program

2) HR Operations & Vendor Governance:

  • Lead HR operations including payroll
  • investments, and benefits administration
  • Nurture end-to-end vendor relationships
  • Ensure accurate employee records

3) Statutory Compliance & Audits:

  • Drive statutory, payroll, establishment, and actuarial compliances
  • Lead execution, closure, and documentation of HR audits

4) Employee Relations & Wellbeing:

  • Lead annual POSH compliance initiatives
  • Facilitate wellness committee operations
  • Address employee queries & grievances

5) People Process Excellence:

  • Ensure effective execution of core people and performance processes
  • Partner with business leaders on people matters and manager enablement

6) Business Partner:

  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify people challenges
  • Deliver relevant solutions and drive key HR initiatives

Qualities You Should Have:

  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) 2yrs full time, classroom (in-person) progra
  • Hands on experience and understanding of key HR processes & operations
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in core HR roles, preferably across HR Operations, HR Generalist, and/or Talent Acquisition
  • Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Experienced in managing stakeholders with varying levels of seniority
  • Ready to be physically present in office and ability to work within a start-up environment
  • Proactive, self-driven and ensures quality delivery with speed
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with operational rigour
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Microsoft Forms
  • In-depth understanding of HR Processes & India Labor laws
