A leading culture-first creative agency in Bangalore with 100+ team members is seeking a Senior HR Manager to scale their people operations and drive talent strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for creative, design, account management, and social media roles
- Manage and coordinate internal HR teams and external recruitment partners to meet hiring objectives
- Develop and implement culture initiatives that align with organizational values and growth
- Design and oversee performance management, learning and development, and employee retention programs
- Manage employee relations, policy development, and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR roles within creative agencies, advertising, or digital marketing organizations
- Strong track record of hiring for creative roles including designers, copywriters, art directors, account managers, and social media professionals
- Experience managing both internal teams and external recruitment agencies
- Proficiency with HR systems including HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain organizational culture during periods of growth
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement structure while maintaining flexibility
