Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in New Delhi. The Senior HR Manager will oversee and guide all aspects of the organization's HR practices and processes. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, policy development, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, compliance assurance, and driving organizational development. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on strategic workforce planning and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning
• Competence in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
• Knowledgeable in HR Policy Development, Compliance, and labor laws
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Organizational Development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related technology
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced HR certification or a Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in healthcare or related industries, is highly desirable
