Senior Manager OKR Management & Organizational Design

Are you excited by the opportunity to drive organizational alignment and performance at scale We are looking for a senior leader who can design and embed a strong OKR (Objectives & Key Results) framework while also contributing to organizational design and effectiveness initiatives in a fast-growing, multi-city business.

In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic priorities are clearly translated into measurable outcomes across teams, fostering a results-driven culture, strong accountability, and leadership continuity.

What will you be responsible for

OKR Management & Performance Alignment

  • Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of the OKR framework across business units
  • Partner with CXOs, business, and functional leaders to cascade organizational objectives into team and individual OKRs
  • Own the OKR calendar, including annual and quarterly planning, reviews, check-ins, retrospectives, and reporting
  • Drive adoption of outcome-focused execution and cultural change across the organization
  • Build dashboards and reports to track OKR progress, identify risks, and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Act as the internal OKR champion by driving awareness, training, and capability-building initiatives
  • Develop toolkits, templates, and playbooks to simplify OKR adoption and sustain a results-driven culture
  • Partner with HR and L&D teams to integrate OKRs into performance, talent discussions, growth, and progression frameworks

Organizational Design & Effectiveness

  • Partner with leadership to review and optimize organizational structures for efficiency, scalability, and agility
  • Support organization change initiatives including function realignments and new business or vertical setups
  • Conduct organization diagnostics such as span of control, layering, and role clarity to recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with business and HR teams to define role charters, capability frameworks, and job-leveling structures

Who are we looking for

  • Strong understanding of OKRs and organizational effectiveness frameworks
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, including CXO-level leadership
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or similar tools
  • Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and execution excellence
  • Exposure to change management, competency frameworks, and HR analytics preferred
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity
