Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks

Handle employee relations, grievance management, and performance management

Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

Support leadership with workforce planning and HR strategy

Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

Requirements

Proven experience in a Senior HR role

Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and best practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters professionally

Experience in fast-paced or growing organizations is a plus
