Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefit programs, handling HR operations, supporting organizational development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role includes working closely with management to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture while addressing issues related to workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) operations and principles
  • Experience with HR Management and crafting effective HR policies
  • Proficiency in Employee Benefits administration and understanding of Benefits Administration processes
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with employment laws, compliance, and employee relations best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
  • Track record of fostering an inclusive and positive workplace environment
