Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will oversee HR functions including recruitment, policy development, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities include designing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee benefits programs, administering policies, and supporting organizational development. In this role, the individual will act as a key partner to leadership, contributing to a collaborative and progressive workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Ability to implement and enforce HR strategies and organizational policies effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive workplace culture
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a senior HR role or with team leadership is highly desirable
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies and employee engagement practices
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar
