Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: End-to-end hiring process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Payroll: Manage salary processing, CTC structuring, statutory deductions, and timely disbursement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain employee records, and support audits.
- Operations Work: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, maintain HRMS data, and streamline processes for efficiency.
- Inbound to Exit Formalities: Handle employee lifecycle management from joining documentation, induction, probation review, to resignation acceptance, clearance, and exit interviews.
- Full & Final (FnF) Processing: Calculate and process FnF settlements including pending salary, leave encashment, gratuity, and reimbursements.
- Employee Engagement & Fun Activities: Organize cultural events, team-building activities, and wellness programs to boost morale.
- Administrative Work: Handle attendance, leave management, office logistics, and communication notices.
- Visa Filing & Documentation: Limited to director-level requirements during exhibition periods.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (English & local language).
- Knowledge of HR policies, payroll systems, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in employee lifecycle management and FnF settlements.
- Event planning and employee engagement creativity.
- Attention to detail in documentation and filing.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with senior management.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. (Any)
- 23years of HR experience preferred.
- Familiarity with HRMS/payroll software is an advantage.
Salary Range 30000 to 35,000/ctc
