Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, for a Senior Human Resources Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, advising on labor and employment law compliance, and analyzing HR operations. The role includes collaborating with leadership, supporting workforce planning, and driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management, including recruitment, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Strong understanding and experience in developing and implementing HR Policies.
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and resolving conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and the ability to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Strong leadership abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in handling HR operations in a dynamic work environment is preferred.

Experience

Atleast 10 years of experience in big reputable organizations is a must.
