Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in a fast-paced Business Consulting environment. The HRBP will drive people strategy, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
• Drive talent management, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, career development, and HR policies.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce requirements and hiring plans.
• Support organizational change, restructuring, and other people initiatives.
• Analyze people metrics and provide insights to business leaders to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with COEs and HR Operations to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs.
• Build a strong employee experience and promote a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 8–13years of HR experience, with strong HRBP experience.
• Prior experience supporting Business Consulting, Professional Services, Consulting, or similar client-facing environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience managing employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
