About the role -
We are seeking a strategic Senior HRBP to be a trusted business partner to our leadership team - shaping how we build, develop, and retain talent as we scale rapidly. You will move fluidly between strategic workforce planning and hands-on people problem-solving, influencing organization design, performance culture, and talent decisions that directly impact business outcomes. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-moving environment where impact compounds quickly.
This role reports directly to the Head of HR and partners closely with executive leadership across Product, Tech, Sales and Operations. You will be the architect of our talent strategy and a trusted advisor on critical people decisions.
