Role Overview
This isn't a corporate desk job. This is a mission-critical leadership role for someone who thrives in intensity, adapts fast, and builds from zero. We need an HR leader who thinks like a founder, operates like a builder, and performs like a partner. You will establish all core HR systems, define organizational structure, build KPIs/KRAs, and design performance, policy, and people processes from the ground up.
You'll be trusted with our most important assetour peopleand expected to lead HR strategy, culture design, talent execution, and 24/7 leadership support where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategy.
Collaborate with HYI.AI's executive team to align HR strategy with business goals.
Act as a strategic advisor on all HR matters including organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning
Policy & SOP Development:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs in compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices.
Ensure consistent application and enforcement of HR policies across the organization.
Performance Management & KPIs/KRAs:
Design and execute a performance management framework to assess, manage, and improve employee performance.
Work with department heads to define and implement KPIs and KRAs aligned with business objectives.
Guide managers through performance review cycles and performance improvement plans.
Talent Management & Employee Engagement:
Lead recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract and retain top IT talent.
Develop and execute training and development plans for employees at all levels.
Build a culture of engagement, recognition, and continuous feedback.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure HR practices are in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Mitigate organizational risk through robust HR processes and documentation.
Data & HR Technology:
Use data and analytics to support decision-making and report HR metrics to leadership.
Oversee implementation or optimization of HRIS systems to improve efficiency.
HR Systems & Analytics:
Implement or optimize HR technology systems (HRIS, performance tools, etc.).
Track and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Hands-on experience with HRIS tools and HR analytics.
