Senior Human Resources Associate

We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Associate to contribute to end-to-end hiring for our growing PR and communications teams. This role will be instrumental in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across public relations, corporate communications, digital, social media, creative, and support functions.

The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced agency environment, has strong stakeholder management skills, and is passionate about building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across junior, mid, and senior-level roles
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and networking
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate experience
• Manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratio
• Handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and pre-joining engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3- 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preference to candidates within PR, advertising, media, or marketing agencies
• Strong understanding of PR and communications roles and skill sets
