Role Description

We're looking for a dynamic, data-driven HR professional (MBA HR fresher or early career) to join our team as a Human Resources (Talent Acquisition & HR Analyst).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end first-round interviews across roles and levels
• Head hunt via sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social media
• Own our Glassdoor & AmbitionBox presence track reviews, share insights and support actions to improve employer brand
• Review KPI and understand gaps and performance.
• Track basic recruitment & operational metrics (TAT, sources, offer-to-join ratio) and share reports
• Coordinate with hiring managers and senior leadership for smooth interview scheduling and closures

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights
• Understanding of current hiring market of recruitment and talent hunting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive & smart.
