Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of core experience in US IT Staffing. You will play a vital role in managing the operational and compliance backbone of our US staffing business. The ideal candidate is an expert in the Hire-to-Retire cycle for US-based consultants and possesses a meticulous eye for contract management and immigration compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract & Compliance: Draft, review, and manage Master Service Agreements (MSA), Purchase Orders (PO), and Addendums. Ensure all contractual terms align with business interests.
  • Immigration Management: Handle end-to-end US immigration workflows. This includes specialized knowledge of F1-OPT/CPT regulations and the execution of I-983 (STEM OPT Training Plans).
  • Employment Frameworks: Manage the onboarding and documentation for 1099, W2, and C2C contractors, ensuring proper tax classification and compliance.
  • Timesheets & Payroll Support: Oversee the weekly Timesheet collection process for consultants and coordinate with the accounts team to ensure seamless payroll and invoicing.
  • Onboarding & I-9: Ensure all US compliance documents (I-9, W4, Voided Checks) are collected and verified accurately within vendor portals.
  • US Labor Laws: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US Federal and State labor regulations to mitigate company risk.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR Operations/Compliance specifically within the US IT Staffing industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of US Immigration (GC,H1B, OPT, CPT) and the specific requirements of I-983 filings.
  • Contractual Expertise: Hands-on experience dealing with MSAs, POs, and 1099 agreements.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like JobDiva, Gusto, ADP, or QuickBooks is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent professional communication skills for coordinating with US-based employees, vendors, and clients.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in US shifts (Night Shift) to overlap with US business hours.
