Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for roles within the e-Learning vertical
  • Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for role clarity
  • Create and post job descriptions on various platforms including job portals and social media
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and management
  • Follow up with candidates and interviewers for feedback and next steps
  • Handle offer negotiations, prepare offer letters, and ensure pre-joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports on hiring status and metrics
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
  • Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies and data compliance
