Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and business-focused
Senior HR Manager to lead and drive end-to-end Human Resources functions, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to support a fast-growing, dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Business Partnering
- Partner with business and functional leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and capability development
- Act as a trusted advisor on people, culture, and performance matters
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Drive and oversee hiring strategy across lateral and campus recruitment
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience
- Collaborate with business leaders on headcount planning and forecasting
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits
- Ensure a seamless and positive employee experience
- Develop and execute retention strategies to minimize unwanted attrition
- Performance & Talent Management
- Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, appraisals)
- Support managers on feedback, coaching, and development planning
- Identify high-potential talent and build succession pipelines
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and implement engagement initiatives and internal communication programs
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and sensitive workplace issues
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
- HR Operations & Policies
- Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of HR processes and documentation
- Maintain and enhance HR policies, frameworks, and SOPs
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave governance
- Compliance & Legal
- Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
- Support audits, documentation, and regulatory obligations
- Advise leadership on HR risk, governance, and compliance matters
- HR Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key HR metrics (attrition, hiring, productivity, utilization)
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
- Drive informed decision-making through people analytics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 8–15 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in IT / GCC / Services / Product-led environments preferred

- Exposure to scaling organizations or GCC setups
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, and people analytics tools
