About the Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resource Executive with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee lifecycle management including confirmations, exits, and documentation
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and handle grievance resolution
  • Support performance management processes and training initiatives
  • Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
  • Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies and organizational development

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
