Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Monitor and report on employee performance and provide guidance to managers on performance management issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and address employee concerns effectively.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional manner.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in India.
- Proficient in using HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
