With a robust financial foundation and continued investment in innovation and transformation, the bank is strengthening its capabilities to support sustainable growth. It is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with senior business leaders in shaping the people agenda and enabling business performance.

Responsibilities

You will provide HR advisory and solutions across performance management, talent and succession, leadership development, annual compensation reviews, employee relations and engagement. You will strengthen organisational and workforce capabilities, develop critical talent and translate business priorities into effective people solutions. You will also play an active role in transformation and change initiatives, collaborating with the wider HR team and Centres of Excellence to deliver key people and organisational priorities.

Requirements

You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a demonstrated track record gained within banking or financial services and significant experience working with senior business leaders. Commercially astute and pragmatic, you possess sound judgement and are comfortable navigating complex talent, performance and employee matters. You bring strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, together with a hands-on approach and the ability to balance immediate business needs with broader organisational priorities.
