About the Role

As a Senior Human Capital Associate, you will play a key role in enabling seamless HR operations across the APAC region- working closely with leadership, global teams, and employees to deliver a strong people experience.

This role sits at the intersection of HR operations, analytics, and strategic support, offering exposure to regional decision-making and global collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (on boarding to off boarding)
• Drive HR data management, reporting, and insights
• Support performance management and leave systems
• Partner with stakeholders across regions for HR operations & compliance
• Improve and streamline HR processes and systems
• Coordinate payroll inputs, employee communications & documentation

What We're Looking For

• 4–10 years of experience in HR operations / consulting / professional services
• Experience in payroll, employee relations, HR systems (SAP/PeopleSoft, etc.)
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's in HR is a plus)
