About the Role

We're a fast-growing UK-based global technology company and we're looking for a Senior HubSpot Platform, Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to own our HubSpot ecosystem end-to-end.

This is a business-critical contractor role at the intersection of marketing, sales, data, and revenue operations, providing visibility, control, and insight across the full funnel.

A typical day will involve

HubSpot & ZoomInfo Platform Ownership

  • Proactively owning, administering, and managing HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and related CRM platforms for both sales and marketing
  • Managing users, permissions, properties, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and platform governance
  • Developing HubSpot workflows to support email campaigns, nurture programmes, and pre- and post-event activity
  • Owning and optimising integrations with internal sales and marketing tools including Jiminny, Hotjar, OrgChart Hub, PandaDoc, and others
  • Testing, troubleshooting, and optimising sales and marketing operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Championing new ways of working through improved processes, technology enhancements, and continuous optimisation

Sales & Marketing Operations

  • Managing and overseeing all contact databases and ensuring alignment between ZoomInfo and HubSpot
  • Supporting marketing SAL targets, sales pipeline development, and deal targets
  • Owning lead management, routing, scoring, and handoff processes between marketing and sales
  • Ensuring clear alignment on MQL, SQL, Opportunity, and pipeline definitions
  • Partnering closely with sales leadership to support pipeline visibility, forecasting inputs, and CRM usability
  • Acting as a key partner to the Sales Operations Manager, owning pipeline and opportunity reporting across direct and partner sales
  • Managing opportunity-level reporting and dashboards to ensure reliable forecasting, pipeline coverage analysis, and performance insight
  • Supporting operational cadence through deal-level analysis, exception reporting, and ad-hoc insights for senior stakeholders
  • Enabling Sales and Marketing teams with clean data, accurate reporting, and reliable dashboards
  • Preparing performance reports and analytics for regular cadence meetings
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that ensure data accuracy across platforms
  • Working with the local SDR team to optimise calling and lead generation using data-driven insights
  • Supporting SDR campaign sequences and workflows, ensuring appropriate reporting to optimise campaign success
  • Acting as the local Marketing representative for local IT community events when required

Data Quality & Governance

  • Owning data quality across contacts, companies, and deals
  • Managing data enrichment, deduplication, segmentation, and lifecycle integrity
  • Maintaining UTM governance, attribution models, and campaign tracking
  • Ensuring GDPR and global compliance across sales and marketing data

Automation & Revenue Enablement

  • Building and maintaining workflows supporting:
  • Lead routing and SLAs
  • Nurture and re-engagement programmes
  • Sales notifications and task automation
  • Optimising automation to improve speed-to-lead and conversion efficiency

Reporting, Analytics & Insight

  • Building and maintaining KPI dashboards across sales and marketing, including:
  • MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Revenue
  • Campaign and channel performance
  • Pipeline contribution and velocity
  • Sales activity and conversion metrics
  • Delivering regular reporting packs with clear insights and recommendations
  • Supporting leadership teams with reliable, decision-ready data

Platform & Tool Optimisation

  • Driving continuous improvement of HubSpot and ZoomInfo usage, including optimisation of credits
  • Evaluating and implementing new platform features, AI capabilities, and integrations
  • Acting as the internal expert and point of reference for HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and wider Sales & Marketing technology

What You'll Bring

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 4–6+ years experience in HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations roles
  • Have strong experience supporting both sales and marketing teams
  • Bring a deep understanding of CRM structures, attribution, lifecycle management, and reporting
  • Are confident building dashboards and reports that sales leaders actively use
  • Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Are comfortable working fully remotely with global teams
