Position Overview
We're looking for a Senior HubSpot Developer with 4+ years of experience in implementing and customizing HubSpot CRM and associated modules. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and creative teams to design and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions on the HubSpot platform. You'll take ownership of technical development, integrations, and optimization to ensure seamless user experiences and robust platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain HubSpot websites, landing pages, forms, and email templates.
- Create and customize workflows, lists, reports, and dashboards to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications (e.g., CRMs, marketing automation tools, eCommerce platforms) to extend platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement and optimize HubSpot CRM for lead management, campaign execution, and sales enablement.
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize websites, workflows, and integrations for peak performance.
- Maintain and enhance HubSpot portals to meet evolving business and client needs.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, solution-driven team environment.
- Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, updates, and best practices to continually improve platform capabilities.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot development experience including custom module creation, workflows, and API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM customizations and integrations.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL (HubSpot Markup Language).
- Experience with HubSpot API for third-party tool and platform integrations.
- Skilled in building HubSpot websites, landing pages, forms, and email templates.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CMS, Workflows, Emails, and Forms.
- Familiarity with HubSpot reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize HubSpot portals.
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems (a plus).
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS Developer Certification, HubSpot Integration Certification) are a plus.
