This Position reports to:
Global RA HSE ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving performance in one or more group-wide core Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs. Each day, you will support HSE Function Program Managers by applying specialist knowledge with the aim of offering solutions and advice to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. You will also showcase your expertise by assisting in the delivery of HSE program plans.

This role is contributing to the Global Robotics in the AMEA Region, working closely with the regional leadership and site management as main stakeholders.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Audit & Performance Reporting: Conduct comprehensive HSE audits, including electrical safety compliance, and collect, analyze, and report performance metrics using HSE Key Performance Indicators to relevant stakeholders.
Annual Plan & Objective Delivery: Support the execution of annual audit plans and ensure implementation of HSE objectives within assigned areas, aligning with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
Behavioral Change & Risk Reduction: Enhance continuous improvement in HSE performance by promoting safe work practices, facilitating behavioral change, and reinforcing electrical safety protocols through core programs and initiatives.
Best Practice & Standardization: Facilitate global sharing of audit findings and best practices, applying standardized processes and governance frameworks to deliver consistent, high-quality HSE support across all regions.
Qualifications for the role:
You are highly skilled in HSE auditing methodologies, risk assessment frameworks, electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, European HSE regulations, and OSHA regulations), and you enjoy working within the industrial, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
Ability to demonstrate your experience in conducting compliance audits, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring continuous improvement you have 8+ years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment auditing and assurance (OPTIONAL: working as a Senior HSE Auditor with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and electrical safety programs).
Possess an enhanced knowledge of and are highly adept in audit management platforms, HSE reporting tools, and data analytics software such as Intelex, SAP and Power BI.
You are passionate about problem-solving and stakeholder engagement, and you are innovative around process optimization and behavioral safety leadership.
Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or have extensive experience in HSE auditing and compliance.
You are proficient at communicating in English (additional language skills are a plus for global audits).
You hold current professional certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, valid in the job location, and possess any required work authorization or VISA.
