Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HRM - Hospital Relations based in Chennai. The Senior HRM will be responsible for managing relationships with hospitals to ensure smooth operations, negotiating contracts, settlement related addressing and resolving hospital-related issues
Qualifications
- Experience in Hospital Relations Management, Negotiation, and Contract Management skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
