Position Overview:

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive onboarding of new clients, ensuring high quality payroll processing services in a dynamic environment.

This role requires a meticulous approach to organizational policies, exceptional customer service, and proficient management of client documentation and system configuration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute the client onboarding process, including information gathering, system setup, and policy implementation
  • Configure payroll, leave, expense claims, and attendance modules according to client specifications
  • Manage workflow through initial payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions
  • Collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating the ability to work independently
  • Ensure thorough documentation and accurate processing of all payroll-related information
  • Provide client education on software utilization and best practices
  • Adapt to high-volume periods, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of benefits, compensation principles, income tax, and retirement plans
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client needs
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management capabilities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory compliance related to payroll, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, and Income Tax.
  • Should develop in-depth product knowledge to do product fitment gap analysis between client's requirement and product features and functionalities

Job requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in implementation or product support with domestic clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior client relationship management abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian HR and Payroll domain
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to perform under pressure during peak periods (month-end, quarter-end, and year-end)
  • Candidates must possess a strong customer focus, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
