Key Responsibilities

Configure HRIS to meet business needs and implement Workday enhancements.
Develop calculated fields, advanced reports, and system workflows.
Review and share new Workday features for potential implementation.
Identify opportunities for continuous process and system improvements.
Provide coaching, guidance, and training to HR and technical teams.
Ensure effective communication of HRIS projects and policies across the organization.
Work independently with limited supervision on moderately complex problems.
