About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with Commercial leadership in driving business performance, organisational effectiveness, and people strategy across the region.
This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting organisation design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and change management. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Serve as the primary HR partner for Commercial functions, including Sales, GTM, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, and Product.
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
- Provide strategic HR advice on organisational effectiveness, team structure, capability building, and workforce planning.
- Coach leaders on people management, employee engagement, and organisational development.
2. Organisation Design & Workforce Planning
- Partner with leaders on organisation restructuring, role design, and workforce optimisation.
- Support annual headcount planning, manpower budgeting, and succession planning.
- Analyse workforce data and provide recommendations to improve productivity and organisational efficiency.
- Drive organisation design initiatives that support business scalability.
3. Performance & Talent Management
- Lead the annual and mid-year performance review cycles.
- Coach managers on goal setting, performance conversations, calibration, and performance improvement.
- Identify high-potential talent and develop succession and retention strategies.
- Drive talent review and leadership development initiatives.
4. Employee Relations
- Provide advice on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary cases, grievances, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive employee experience.
5. Talent Acquisition Partnership
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop hiring strategies for critical commercial positions.
- Participate in leadership hiring, interview panels, and organisational planning.
- Ensure quality hiring decisions aligned with long-term business needs.
6. Change Management
- Support business transformation, restructuring, and organisational change initiatives.
- Drive communication and change management plans to ensure successful implementation.
- Partner with leaders to manage organisational transitions effectively.
7. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organisational culture.
- Support leadership in building high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Champion company values and reinforce a performance-driven culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
- Experience supporting Commercial or Revenue-generating functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, or Product.
- Strong experience in: Organisation design, Workforce planning, Performance management, Employee relations, Change management
- Experience in a high-growth technology, SaaS or FinTech company is highly preferred.
- Regional HRBP experience is an advantage.
