Job Title Senior HR Technology Analyst (Workday)
Location Pune, India (preferred) or Hyderabad, India; on-site required with some flexibility for hybrid and occasional weekend go-lives

Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience (not just end-user tasks)
- Workday report building experience
- Experience in project administration: gathering requirements, creating test plans, and managing/executing testing
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the HR technology space
- On-site availability in Pune or Hyderabad, with flexibility for occasional weekend go-lives
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Configure and maintain Workday modules to support HR business processes
- Build and maintain complex Workday reports to meet business reporting needs
- Gather and document functional requirements from HR stakeholders
- Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure system changes meet requirements
- Manage end-to-end testing processes, including user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, acting as an escalation point for HR tech queries
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business teams to support HR technology initiatives
- Prioritize work in a fast-moving environment with frequent reprioritization
- Support weekend go-lives and other off-hours deployments as needed
- Maintain clear documentation of system configurations and updates
- Participate in HR system upgrades and ensure a smooth implementation process
- Provide guidance to junior team members and share best practices within the team
