SENIOR HR SPECIALIST

WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR HR SPECIALIST – TALENT ACQUISITION & HR OPERATIONS

FabConnect is hiring an experienced and proactive Senior HR Specialist for a full-time opportunity in Bengaluru.

Location: World Trade Center, Bengaluru

Experience: 3–5 Years

Department: Human Resources

Employment Type: Full-Time

Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering, sourcing and screening through offer rollout and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers on manpower requirements and workforce planning

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and professional networks

Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interview processes

Handle compensation discussions, offer letters and candidate follow-ups

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports and hiring metrics

Manage onboarding, induction, employee documentation and lifecycle activities

Coordinate confirmations, transfers, promotions and employee exits

Support employee engagement, wellness and recognition initiatives

Assist with payroll inputs, attendance validation and payroll coordination

Support PMS, appraisal cycles and performance reviews

Work with HRMS, ATS, HR automation and process-improvement initiatives

3–5 years of relevant HR experience

Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment

Hands-on exposure to HR Operations and employee lifecycle management

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Experience with HRMS / ATS preferred

Basic understanding of labour laws and HR compliance

Strong Excel, reporting and analytical skills

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management or related discipline
