We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR professional to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of leading HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 12-15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and performance management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR) preferred.
  • Preferably from Logistics Industry
