About the Company:

Pushpa Jewellers Ltd is a growing B2B jewellery manufacturing and distribution company with multi-state operations across India. We are strengthening our leadership and functional teams across Sales, Finance, Production, ERP/IT, Compliance and Branch Operations.

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead mid-to-senior level hiring.

Role Objective:

To independently manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions, ensuring quality hiring, strong closure rates, and timely fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle:

Job requirement understanding

Sourcing and headhunting

Screening and shortlisting

Interview coordination

Offer negotiation and closure

Joining follow-ups

Hire for roles across

Sales and Branch Leadership

Accounts and Finance

Production and Operations

ERP / IT roles

Compliance and Corporate functions

Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and direct sourcing.

Conduct structured screening interviews and present evaluation summaries to hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and hiring MIS.

Manage stakeholder communication with senior management.

Ensure strong joining ratio and reduce offer drop-offs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

47 years of recruitment experience

Proven experience hiring mid-to-senior level roles

Strong sourcing and negotiation skills

Experience using job portals, LinkedIn sourcing and ATS systems

Preferred Experience:

Experience in manufacturing, retail, jewellery or multi-branch organizations

Exposure to leadership hiring

Experience hiring ERP / technology roles is an advantage

Compensation:

CTC range: 6 10 LPA (based on experience and capability)

Performance-linked variable component applicable
