Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hiring across multiple functions, especially for fast-paced environments like D2C and e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle bulk and niche hiring across departments (Marketing, Operations, Tech, Finance, etc.)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and feedback
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate experience
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth closure of candidates
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Work on employer branding and hiring strategies
- Ensure timely closures and meeting hiring targets
Required Skills:- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring and job portals
- Good understanding of D2C/e-commerce hiring trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
- Experience in startup or high-growth company is a plus
- Exposure to ATS tools and HRMS systems
