- Experience in manufacturing hiring is mandatory
- HR consultancy background will be added an advantage
- Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems and HR software solutions
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current employment regulations and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Relevant industry experience is a plus
