The Backbone of Contractor Experience

In contract staffing, experience is the operation.

Every payroll cycle, every interaction, every response directly shapes how CareerXperts is perceived by both employees and clients. There's no margin for inconsistency here.

This role owns that experience end-to-end - ensuring trust is built, reinforced, and never compromised.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end payroll processing across multiple client accounts - on time, every time, with zero tolerance for error
  • Ownership of employee data integrity across HRMS and client HR portals
  • Compensation structures, salary disbursement, and payroll cycle management
  • Managing and processing travel allowance claims for contract employees - ensuring accurate disbursement, policy adherence, and timely reimbursements
  • Being the primary HR contact for every contract employee: their first call, their trusted resource, their problem-solver
  • Cross-functional coordination with finance, internal teams, and client stakeholders
  • Onboarding and exit processes executed with the same rigor every single time
  • Documentation and process hygiene that can withstand scrutiny at any moment

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in payroll operations within contract staffing or C2H models
  • Deep working knowledge of compensation structures, statutory compliance, and payroll mechanics
  • Hands-on command of HRMS and payroll platforms
  • The ability to manage high volume without letting accuracy slip
  • Strong stakeholder management across clients, employees, and internal teams
  • Composure and urgency in equal measure - you thrive when the stakes are high
