Role Description

As our Senior HR Manager / Head of TA, you'll be the face of our employer brand, the architect of our hiring strategy, and a trusted advisor to leadership on all things people. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives on influence, relationship-building, and driving results.

Qualifications

  • Own and scale end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy across all levels - from campus hires to leadership roles
  • Partner with senior leadership as a strategic HR business partner
  • Build and mentor a high-performing HR/TA team
  • Design employer branding initiatives that make [Company Name] a top destination for talent
  • Drive HR policies, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs
  • Represent the company at industry events, panels, and campus/hiring drives

Key Responsibilities – Senior HR Manager / Head of TA

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong core in Talent Acquisition
  • Proven track record of building and leading TA functions at scale
  • Exceptional communication skills - someone equally comfortable in a boardroom, on stage, or one-on-one with a candidate
  • A charismatic, magnetic personality that naturally builds trust and rapport
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate hiring metrics into strategy
