Position Summary
The Sr. HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. The role aligns HR strategies with business objectives to ensure efficient talent acquisition and development, maintaining a focus on employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Source and select the best-fit candidates.
- Conduct and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database.
- Negotiate offers and follow up until candidate onboarding.
- Develop and implement an employee referral program.
- Manage induction and joining formalities.
HR Operations and Information Systems (HRIS)
- Maintain records for selected, rejected, and onboarded candidates.
- Manage databases for permanent, probationary, and contractual employees.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and attrition levels.
- Generate intelligent MIS to manage healthy attrition rates.
- Ensure smooth execution of corporate HR policies and employee relations.
Training, Learning, and Development
- Partner with managers to retain, develop, and motivate employees.
- Conduct training sessions based on needs assessment.
- Provide support for performance appraisals and data-driven solutions for improvement.
Compensation and Benefits
- Administer payroll, salary planning, and compensation plans.
- Oversee PF formalities and statutory compliance.
- Ensure smooth separation processes for employees.
Employee Engagement and Appraisals
- Develop innovative engagement initiatives.
- Implement and improve employee performance review processes.
