What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment & Hiring

• Posting jobs on portals and social platforms
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and databases
• Supporting employer branding initiatives

HR Operations

• Supporting onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintaining employee documentation
• Coordinating attendance and HR records
• Assisting in employee engagement activities

Culture & Coordination

• Supporting communication between teams
• Helping create a positive workplace environment
• Assisting in internal initiatives and team activities

• 2–3 years of experience
