Role Summary
The Senior HR Manager leads the HR function, manages the HR team, and ensures effective implementation of HR policies, compliance, and people strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR team; assign work, monitor performance, and mentor team members
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives
- Manage performance appraisals, salary revisions, and HR operations
- Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Support management with HR strategy and workforce planning
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / MSW in HR
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
