Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at our manufacturing facility in Selaqui, Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and overall HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Resolve employee grievances and promote healthy employee relations.
- Implement performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support disciplinary actions and HR policy implementation.
- Liaise with management on workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, Factory Act, ESIC, PF, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
