We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to lead and manage end-to-end human resources operations at VenPep Group. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy in a fast-growing tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across all departments
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and performance review cycles
- Handle grievance management and conflict resolution
- Maintain and optimize HRMS systems and HR data analytics
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Conduct HR audits and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws)
- Partner with department heads on workforce planning and organizational design
Requirements
- 5 to 6 years of experience in HR generalist or HR manager roles
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition for IT/tech companies
- Proficiency in HRMS tools (Zoho People, Darwinbox, or equivalent)
- Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling appraisals and performance management systems
- Ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives in a startup/growth environment
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred
