Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and confident Senior HR Executive to join our growing FMCG organization in Chennai. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills, hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR analytics, MIS reporting, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires regular interaction with senior management and the ability to drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various functions across the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates within defined timelines.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure quality hiring.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and separations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and policy implementation.
HR Analytics & MIS
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, headcount reports, and workforce data.
- Generate monthly HR reports for management review.
Presentation & Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR presentations for senior leadership.
- Present key HR metrics, recruitment updates, attrition trends, and workforce insights.
- Support management with HR data analysis and actionable recommendations.
Attrition & Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback.
- Prepare attrition and exit analysis reports.
- Identify trends and recommend retention strategies.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Promote a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate employee communication and engagement activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate with specialization in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR Generalist and Recruitment functions.
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Corporate environments preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR reporting tools.
- Confident personality with the ability to interact with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
