Senior HR Executive

About The Role

Eduport is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – HR to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and employee engagement, with the ability to manage day-to-day HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Address employee queries and support employee relations.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR reports, MIS, and relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate with HODs and management for HR requirements.
• Identify process gaps and support improvements in HR practices.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in HR.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive approach with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience with HRMS or payroll software will be an advantage.
