Role Overview
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing Talent Acquisition, Payroll Administration, Compliance, and complete employee lifecycle management. The role demands hands-on experience with IT hiring, HRMS/ATS tools, and the ability to support business needs across multiple shifts and global work cultures.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end IT recruitment and talent acquisition
Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
Payroll administration, validation, and coordination
Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy adherence
Maintain HR data using HRMS and ATS tools
Required Exposure
Minimum 2 years experience as an Senior HR Executive/ Assistant Manager HR
Strong IT recruitment exposure in IT Services Consulting companies
Experience working in a global work culture
Core Expertise
End-to-end recruitment (IT)
Employee lifecycle management (Entry to Exit)
Payroll administration compliance management
HRMS and ATS platforms
Special Terms
Immediate joiners to 15 days notice period preferred
Open to rotational / multiple shifts
Willing to relocate to Noida or other locations as per requirement.
