Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient operations and support to all employees.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Implement performance management systems that drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR practices.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and support data-driven decision making.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 7-12 years of experience in HR management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop HR team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Experience in performance management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
