About The Role
We are seeking a senior-level HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is centered on expert documentation, process management, and system configuration, with a primary focus on the UKG Pro platform. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who operates autonomously, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and applies critical thinking with minimal managerial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and configure the UKG Pro system.
- Perform troubleshooting, data validation, reporting, and assist with system upgrades and configuration changes.
- Document business processes and prepare detailed process reports.
- Maintain and update comprehensive documentation for internal systems, with a focus on reports generated via UKG.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer by keeping meticulous records.
- Collaborate closely with the team lead to support dynamic business needs.
- Translate meeting recordings and notes into actionable documentation and tasks.
- Support operational readiness by analyzing and understanding workflow requirements.
- Build and maintain custom functionality, integrate third-party platforms, and assist in creating automation flows across tools.
Key Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with UKG Pro, including practical use of the Cognos reporting tool (drag-and-drop interface; coding not required).
- Prior experience in technical documentation and process mapping within HR or a related field.
- Solid understanding of payroll systems (payroll processing experience is not required, but system familiarity is essential).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt work hours to align with US Eastern or Central Time Zones as needed.
- This is not a client-facing role, but the candidate must be adept at managing and synthesizing information from emails and meetings.
