Senior HR Business Analyst – HR Technology & Transformation

Location: Bangalore, India

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-focused Senior HR Business Analyst to support HR transformation and HR technology initiatives for a growing organization.

This role will act as a key bridge between HR stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of HR process improvements, system implementations, and ongoing HR technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong HR process expertise with project management capabilities and hands-on experience supporting HR technology programs, including platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Transformation & Process Improvement

• Analyze and document current HR processes across the employee lifecycle

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, automation, and improved employee experience

• Support the design and implementation of future-state HR processes and operating models

• Facilitate workshops and discussions with HR and business stakeholders

HR Technology Initiatives

• Support HR technology implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation projects

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements

• Collaborate with technology teams, implementation partners, and vendors to translate business requirements into effective solutions

• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities

• Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities

Project Management & Delivery Support

• Support project planning, governance, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting

• Coordinate project activities across internal stakeholders and external partners

• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables

• Prepare project updates and presentations for leadership teams

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and external implementation or support partners

• Support vendor governance, service reviews, and performance monitoring

• Coordinate issue resolution and escalation management

• Build strong relationships with HR leaders, managers, and project teams

Change Management & Adoption

• Support communication, training, and adoption activities related to HR transformation initiatives

• Assist in driving stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness

• Promote best practices in HR service delivery and technology utilization

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Transformation, HR Shared Services, HR Technology, or Business Analysis

• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle

• Experience supporting HR technology implementations or transformation programs

• Exposure to platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ServiceNow HR, or similar HR technologies

• Strong business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering skills

• Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management experience

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global HR organizations

• Experience working with consulting firms, HR transformation teams, or HR shared services environments

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies

• Exposure to change management and organizational transformation initiatives

• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, HR Technology, or HR Operations are advantageous
