Senior HR Associate (Internal Hiring) - Only Immediate Joiners

Experience Required - 3 to 5 years

Job Responsibilities

• Managing internal hiring for the organization and ensuring on-time fulfillment of the open positions (mostly IT/ Non-IT Recruiters + other enabling functions including, IT support, Finance)
• Sourcing resumes through Job portals , other sources , head hunting and references
• Screening profiles according to the job specifications
• Conducting the first level of interviews and salary negotiations with prospective candidates
• Coordination / Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful on boarding.
• Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets
• Superior Communication and Interaction skills
• Demonstrated management presentation abilities
• Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Should be able to work independently.
• Self- motivated with Business Acumen skills

Education - MBA / Post Graduate in HR or Psychology
